Mediated Divorce

Collaborative Divorce

     Collaborative Divorce differs from Mediation in that both husband and wife are represented by their own collaborative attorney as well as other professionals who form a team in support of the divorcing couple.  The other professionals include a financial specialist, a child specialist, and a "coach" (mental health professional) for each party.  The heart of the collaborative process is the commitment made by the parties to stay out of the courtroom by signing a contract at the initiation of the collaborative action.  Learn more...
